The restaurant has a 3* buffet that lacks nothing ... it has its fruit, its cold cuts, its coffees, jams, typical food, its typical pastries and its bread ... it did not lack, to my taste, anything. Great and cordial treatment....

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Location is excellent as it is in the heart of Santa Cruz.
The rooms were quite noisy from the surrounding rooms and the corridors.

Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and breakfasts very good.
TV in room could have had a station or two in English as for instance: One or more of the National Geographic channels or the History channel or the Explorer channel.

Very quiet and the location was brilliant for us.
When we arrived on the Friday we were informed that the the air conditioning unit had broken down in our room and would not be fixed until the Monday, the day we were leaving.
